Later that morning, after I'd showered and was buttoning my shirt up in front of the glass in my dressing room, when there was a knock at my door.

"Yes?? Come in." I replied as I stepped into my bedroom. My mother stepped in and I smiled, bowing a little.

"Good morning, mom."

I went to her and kissed her forehead.
