Adele and Clark are still running round the living room, when I came out of Davis's room.

Heaving tiredly, I slumped onto one of the sofas and rolled my eyeballs.

'Adele, stop stressing Clark and quickly take the medicine" I said.

'No. You don't know how bitter those drugs are" she replied.

'I swear, it's not bitter. You're just…"

I toned them off, as my mind goes back to Thanatos.
