They have just come and informed me of Jon's condition. Apparently, they had to remove a little of Jon's brain tissue, because it had been badly damaged from the pressure building in his brain. Of course, this all happened because they didn't relieve the pressure in time.

The doctor told me that he just doesn't know yet how it will affect his ability to live his life, if at all. I am really rooting for him and hope that he has nothing wrong, but I know how these things usually go. ...
