In the room, I sat at the desk, holding a pen and circling a date on a calendar. Just one more week, and Kevin and his Beta would leave the Blue River Pack. Kevin's recent unusual behavior made me uneasy. The longer he stayed in the Blue River Pack, the more vulnerable my identity became. I tried talking to my wolf, Lucy.
