After school, I tried to search for Ariel to ask if she had spoken with the school mistress yet but I couldn't find her anywhere near the school compound nor could I pick her scent.

I tried to search for her mate instead but I still couldn't track any of them with their smile until a realization hit me and I prayed it wasn't true.

There was no way Ariel would just leave the school and not say goodbye to me, especially knowing the fact that she wouldn't come ...
