She skipped out in glee and shut the door behind her. I carried the bowl of food in my hands and began eating the meal.

It did not taste very good, yes it did not but then it tasted like Diane's meal. It was just the way Diane would cook pot roast.

And moreover her smile and glee, I guess was worth it.
