Dane narrowed his eyes at her and was about to say something when Dave came out. “Aunt Sade?” 

Sade immediately straightened up, buttoning her shirt. But Dane wasn’t the one to let her go so easily. “What do you mean by that, Sade? Disappoint me in what?” 

She glanced at Dave and donned a soft smile. “I mean, I won’t disappoint you and leave before the hour is over.”
