Alex grinned and stood, taking Emma’s untouched cup of tea from her and placing it on the tea trolley. Emma stood and smoothed her skirt, causing Jake to break off his conversation and look at her. His eyes skated over her in a completely inappropriate way and she hoped no one else noticed.
