“Excuse me?” Kaden eyed me up and down, not recognizing me because of the stupid Frozen costume. “Who are you?”

And then he tilted his head to the side with subtle surprise when his enchanting brown orbs finally recognized me.

“Oh, Savanna…?” he commented before his initial surprise evaporated.
