Jasmine immediately rushed out of the house. "Dante, who's here?" she shouted. About to step off the porch, she was knocked backward by a large, gray-scraggly wolf. The second wolf emerged from the left, prompting my poor little mate to shriek. Both wolves turned their attention to Angel and me, baring their ivory canines and growling viciously.
