Brock's jaw tensed. "That doesn't mean anything. The warriors that left were just too weak to be in our packs!" he retorted.

"Brock, don't be stupid. He's pumping them full of Alpha blood!" Jalen exclaimed, slamming his fists on the table. "They're pretty fucking strong if they easily took down all the elders and most of the rogues escaped before we could catch them."
