His idea was not bad to say the truth, it's more like something that we could come up with.

Uniqueness is our brand image and an idea like his would really fit in with our mission.

But I still can't tell him that he has done quite well, that would be praising my biggest competition in public and manners and class aside, I would do no such thing.
