The first thing that hit me was the silence. I don't know why but I expected it to be buzzing with conversations and important people stressing through the halls but it was eerily quiet and the chilly gust of wind sweeping up my arms gave me goosebumps.

“If you’re looking around for other people you won't find any, this part is for the Council members only. The workers are spread out through the rest of the building,” 

How hidden was this part for us not to hear ...
