Aria's POV

I glanced around subtly to see if there was anyone close by who would notice the man approaching and would probably intervene.

Unfortunately, there was no one watching. I didn't want to look like I was panicking even though I really was.

Instead, I braced myself for what I knew was going to be an awful encounter.
