Jack escorted Mandy and me all the way back to the ruins of the Silverpeak Pack.

"We can be dropped off here," I said as the car pulled up at the foot of the mountain.

"Are you sure you don't want me to drive you to the doorstep? It'll take at least ten minutes to walk from here," Jack asked.

"No, thank you. I want to walk in on my own," I replied.
