Jason's POV

　　The last few days I had tried my best to stay away from Crystal, my wolf Blake was extremely pissed that our mate had once harbored feelings for that stuck up Alpha Jake. Staying away from her was all I could do to keep her safe, Blake wanted Crystal locked up until every memory of 'him 'had faded. I myself knew it wasn't as easy as that. It had taken me until I met my mate to get rid of any thoughts I once had of Vanessa.

　　I had spent these past few days held up in my office, Elder Owen had recently contacted me regarding meetings the council had held and with no one other than William as a participant. Knowing this wouldn't bow well for me I needed to come up with a way to keep the title of Alpha King. Having been beta to William during his reign I had become well versed in the werewolf laws. The elders meeting with William made one law in particular rush to the front of my head.

　　'The true alpha king, chosen by blood had the power to challenge any acting king for their title. If one from the goddess chosen bloodline neither could be found or had yet to exist, the council of elders had the power bestowed upon them by the moon goddess herself to choose a new king.'

　　"Don't worry too much about that law. For them to choose a new alpha king there would need to be a unanimous approval by all elders of the council" Blake spoke through my mind.

　　"Though your correct about the procedure you're forgetting one thing. Yes, elder Owen would prevent their unanimous vote, he would also be placing himself at risk of being found guilty of treason to our kind." I told him.

　　Just as I was about to leave and head to dinner the phone rang with the caller i.d showing as Wolf Embassy. Shit why were they calling, and at this time of evening. Whatever it was it couldn't be good? After spending half hour getting my arse handed to me over the phone, I called Roger and told him to get to my office right away. Someone in this pack had alerted the council to the attack I led with rogues on the Moonlight Pack, and I wanted to know who.

　　"Where do you want me to start Alpha? There is over one thousand pack members even though some families have upped and left"

　　"What do you mean upped and left" I roared in anger.

　　"Once you returned with your mate, many of the noble families voiced their concerns as she showed nothing but disrespect to them. Then when you made sure no one back chatted the Luna and if they had been found out otherwise, they would get executed many of them packed up and left. I have a feeling one of them may have said something."

　　"It still doesn't explain how they even f**king new about the rogues. Not once were they mentioned upon our return. Well, I'm sure we will find out tonight"

　　"We?"

　　"Yes we. I need you and Lewis to accompany me and Crystal to the Embassy. Be ready by 6pm and have the car waiting out front"

　　"Yes Alpha"

　　As soon as Roger left, I locked my office door and headed up to mine and Crystals quarters. I needed her to be on her best behavior tonight, and for that to happen, I had a lot of apologizing to do.

　　Crystal's POV

　　"Uhh… Why is it every time I turn around, I see your stupid face? Do you not have anything better to do with your time?" I spat at Lewis, did Jason really think I need a babysitter?

　　"Luna you can shout at me as much as you want it doesn't bother me, I have daughters that are just as bratty as you. Besides I take my orders from Alpha Jason, and he has instructed that you are only to be left alone when in either the bathroom or your personal quarters"

　　Bratty did he seriously just f**king disrespect me. I'm his Luna there is no way in hell I was going to let him get away with it. Ignoring him I mind linked Jason and told him what his so-called protection detail called me, yet as usual, he didn't seem to care. Ever since he accused me of being in love with Jake, he hadn't looked at me let alone touch me. He expected me to carry out my duties as Luna, yet he didn't treat me like one. If he didn't get his act together soon, I will not be held accountable for my actions.

　　"Please what are you going to do? He's our mate you won't hurt him the same as he wouldn't us. Just go and grovel to him, make him see he's the only man we want and love" Lilly startled me, she had been quiet ever since the witch healed me.

　　"I didn't say I was going to hurt him did I Lilly! You share my mind, so you know what I mean. I can be a right stubborn bitch when I want to be and if this carries on much longer then things will get worse for him" Lilly retreated to the back of my mind after rolling her eyes at my response.

　　After eating dinner alone for the third night in a row I figured I ought to just please myself, its not like Jason was going to do it for me. Once I got to our room, I went into the bathroom and turned the taps on. Pouring my relaxation salts and bubble bath into the running water I quickly checked that the temperature was right for me; I stepped in and submerged my body feeling myself start to relax. This was the first time all day that I had been completely alone. No stupid head Jason and no big mouthed Lewis. Just complete and utter peace.

　　Using two fingers I placed them inside myself and began pumping at a slow and steady speed all whilst using my thumb to rub my cl*it. The smell of my arousal was stronger than the bath scents, so I knew it would take a while for it to fade. As I increased the pressure, I applied to my cl*t, the speed in which my fingers thrusted also increased pushing me further to the edge.

　　Jason walked over to the side of the bath, placing his hands under my arms and lifting me up. He threw me over his shoulder and walked to the bed, dropping me on it. Once on the bed Jason pushed me back and climbed on top of me, assaulting my lips with his own. As mad as I was at him, in this precise moment all I wanted him to do was take me, he tasted so good, but I needed more, much more. I needed him, every little bit of him. He was like my own personal drug, all thanks to the mate bond. As he continued kissing me, I could hear him unbuckle the belt on his jeans, standing up he dropped them to the floor quickly followed by his pants, letting his hardened member spring free. My goddess I have missed that assault weapon of his. Climbing back on top of me Jason bought the tip of his c*ck to my lips, instinctively I opened my mouth giving him permission to put it in. 　　Jason replaced his fingers with his tongue licking up all my escaped juices before once again smashing his lips onto mine making me taste myself. Pulling my legs over his shoulders Jason thrusted himself into me in one swift movement not stopping until I saw stars. 　　Walking back out of the wardrobe Jason was wearing a grey pinstripe trouser suit, the way his arse looked in those trousers had my lady parts twitching. In his hand he held a dress that I hadn't noticed before.

　　"Put this on, meet me downstairs in twenty minutes we have a meeting to go to and as my Luna, I need you by my side"
