Jake's POV

　　"BENSON…. I know you've got a lot on your plate, but we must make sure our border security is airtight. BENSON! Are you even f**king listening" I looked at Benson who looked a million miles away.

　　Walking over to the chair he sat on I shoved him off only to catch him by the collar of his shirt and throwing him against the wall. The moment his back hit the wall I could hear the wind leave his lungs before he stood himself up straight.

　　"Jake… what the f*ck man"

　　"Don't what the f*ck me, we only have six hours to make sure not even a rabbit can get into my territory tonight and here you are not paying attention! What's got you so distant?"

　　"Nothing don't worry about it… I'm sorry it won't happen again"

　　"No don't give me that Benson I know you and I know something has got your mind elsewhere. Mate I need you to be one hundred percent present today, what with all the alphas arriving today along with a few of their own guards I need to know you've got my back"

　　"Ok…. Its Alice. We had a fight last night and I struck her. Before you say anything yes, I know how f**king wrong it was for me to touch her that way. Just with her pregnancy hormones all over the f**king place she's angry all the time. I got in late from training and she tried to beat the shit out of me. I only went to shove her off me, but she moved so instead I ended up hitting her face" Benson burrowed his head in his hands, he certainly wasn't having it easy at the moment.

　　"Look mate I know things with Alice are strained lately, but I can't afford for you not to be in the right mind frame should something go wrong. Take tonight off il get someone to take your place"

　　"F*ck no Jake tonight is the most important night for this pack. I'm your beta and il be damned if you think I'm going to miss it. Just run it all through me again"

　　Tonight was Angels Luna ceremony though she wasn't happy about it in the least. She wanted it cancelled until both Marie and Nick were safe back within the territory and it took a lot of convincing for her to finally cave. Once our plan to get into the Royal Kingdom was made, we knew that we needed to meet with the surrounding Alphas as they too were joining us. Had the Alphas just arrived without reason and Jason found this out, our plan would be over before it had even started. Angels Luna ceremony had been scheduled for today before Nick had even been taken so it made sense to use it too our advantage. Not only would our bond as mates become stronger being as we now had one soul but out pack would also be stronger now having a Luna. And the plus side is that had someone been spying on us they wouldn't think it strange other Alphas staying in my pack house. We even went as far as to use our packs first run with their Luna as our chance to leave.

　　I was relieved that William agreed with me when I suggested my plan. I had worked on it for a long time. We would have help from the trusted alphas men to aid my own warriors in making sure the territory borders were secure. We had Henrik and his coven cast a spell which would silently alert us to any intrusion should our border security fail and a protection spell on each bunker to stop anyone other than myself, Angel or Benson gaining entry once our pack were safely inside. Henrik had helped us of his own free will, I was surprised about there being no price until he informed me that one of the omegas within my pack had been mated to him. This was the first time in history that a witch and werewolf had been fated together, it meant things in the supernatural world were changing and we could only hope for the better.

　　"Right Sid, you know you're to stay by Angels side no matter what and Benson… I know Alice wants to be there, but I would rather her stay in the packhouse safe room. She will be safe in there I promise"

　　"Yeh Jake that's not going to happen, she already took her outfit and other crap into your suite. She was adamant she is going to be in attendance but has assured me that if things go south… she will go straight to the safe room and will stay there until one of us come for her" Benson was clearly pissed that Alice wasn't listening to him.

　　"Don't worry about Angel mate I've got her covered, il be there to wash her back if she needs and if anything happens to you don't worry…. Il be there for her" Hunter came forward and growled at Sid's immature response, yet I knew he was harmless. He was just excited as tonight he was officially being sworn in as Angels Gamma.

　　Angels POV

　　I couldn't believe that Jake was forcing me to go through with tonight. All a girl ever wants is for her mum to be there the moment she takes her place as Luna. My mum for obvious reasons couldn't be there but Aunt Marie was the closest thing I had to one. Both myself and Star was wracked with guilt at going through with the ceremony while Aunt Marie and Uncle Nick were missing, and most likely being tortured by Jason.

　　"I know its not ideal Angel, but Hunter has assured me that their plan wont work" Star was trying to calm some of anxiety that has spiked.

　　"He would say that it's his plan. How can you be so calm? I'm going out of my head here at the thought of everything back firring on us. What if one of the alphas attending is working with Jason? What if…."

　　"Angel stop your making my head hurt. Look everything happens for a reason and I know you believe that to so don't try and sat otherwise. We share the same mind remember. Alice is going to be here soon to help us get ready for tonight so please for the love of the goddess please stop moping."

　　Star was right, as much as I hated what she said and wanted to deny everything she said I couldn't. Jake's plan had already been put into motion, so I had no choice but to play my part and hope for the best.

　　Once Alice arrived, I hoped into the shower while she sat at my vanity table and did her makeup. She had natural beauty, so she really didn't need a lot of it. Turning the shower off I quickly wrapped a towel round me before leaving the bathroom, it was a good job I did as Sid was laying on my bed as I walked out.

　　"What are you doing Sid? We don't have to leave for ages, we are trying to get ready" I asked him.

　　"Sorry to burst your bubble princess but Jake has insisted I stay in your presence until everything is over. He's more paranoid than normal"

　　"Fine but please keep your commentary to a minimum. Alice is very hormonal and will likely skin you alive if you comment anything" I laughed as he rolled his eyes.

　　"Right, I'm done. Where are they?" Alice mumbled to herself whilst checking the time on her phone.

　　Just as Alice went to stand there was a knock at the door. Sid got up to answer if while I helped Alice to her feet. Her makeup looked perfect. She had used an aubergine shade of eyeshadow and done a smokey effect with it making her green eyes really stand out. Her makeup choice also matched her deep violet dress she had chosen to wear. All that was left to do was her hair.

　　"Afternoon ladies, these here are Rachel and Jenny. They are here to do your hair for you, Jake said you wanted to do it all yourselves, but I wanted you both to have it done by professionals. Not that you wouldn't have done a good job I'm sure" Rose entered followed by two she wolves.

　　As Alice and I sat down the hairdressers got to work on our hair. Alice was going for a hair up style, her dress was an off the shoulder, so she wanted everything to compliment it, everything down to the jewelry she chose. I however chose to have a small beehive with the rest of my blonde hair flowing in curls. I had this whole look planned in my head and knew I wouldn't be satisfied until it was just how I envisioned it. Goddess help me on my wedding day if I'm this picky now.

　　By the time the she wolves had finished our hair we only had enough time left for Alice to do my makeup and for us to get dressed. My eye makeup was like Alice except she used a pink eyeshadow with the smokey effect instead of aubergine like her own. The pink matched my dress and would look perfect I know it.

　　"Right, you out" Alice said as she shoved Sid out of the bedroom.

　　"Hey quit pushing, I didn't say anything about either of you so why am I leaving?"

　　"Because we need to get dressed and unless you want me to tell Jake that you were insistent on being present while his mate undresses…."

　　"No its ok, I will be back in ten minutes. My suit is next door. Don't let her run off preggas" Sid winked at Alice as he left the room closing the door behind him.

　　Once we helped each other into our dresses it was time to go. Benson and Sid had come to escort us down to the stage that had been set up in the garden of the pack house. Everything looked perfect. String lights hung around the podium and chairs gold chairs had been set up in front of the stage.

　　"Angel you look beautiful, your mother would be so proud of you." I turned to see my dad walking up with Rita looking stunning in her silver dress holding his hand.

　　"Please stop, Alice will kill me if I cry and ruin her makeup" I laughed as I gave him a hug.

　　"No, I mean it she would be and I'm happy I actually get to see this. Get to see my daughter become Luna to one of the strongest packs in America. And I guess their Alpha is ok to" He smiled kissing the top of my head.

　　"Your mother and I wanted to give you this on your eighteenth birthday but alas we never got to, so I'm hoping you will where it tonight. Vanessa wore it the day she became my Luna and I thought it would be like having her with you while you transition into a Luna" Tears filling my dads' eyes as he looked at me with pride.

　　"Babe its time" Jakes sexy voice filled my head.

　　"Ok, I'm on my way" I told him as I made my way onto the stage taking a seat next to Elder Tom.

　　"Ladies and Gentlemen, I welcome you all here today to witness Princess Angel Hartley take her place as Luna beside my son and your Alpha." Rose paused while the crowd erupted into cheers of joy. "Alpha Jake if you would" she turned extending her hand towards Jake.

　　"Tonight our pack will finally become complete as Angel becomes our Luna." I stood walking to his side followed by Elder Tom.

　　"Alpha Jake if you would please begin." Elder Tom motioned.

　　"I Jake Anderson Alpha to The Moonlight Pack, accept you Princess Angel Hartley as my mate, Luna and my equal."

　　"I Princess Angel Hartley, accept you Jake Anderson as my mate, Alpha and equal"

　　Elder Tom picked up a small blade from the table at the edge of the stage and handed it to Jake. I watched as he made a cut into the palm of his left hand before handing the blade to me and motioning for me to do the same. After the cuts were made, we placed our hands together.

　　"I accept you" we said in unison.
