Williams POV　　

　　It's been two weeks since Angel and Jake ended the life of the infamous Lord Vladamir, and a busy couple of weeks it had certainly been. Not even twenty-four hours after having lost his life did Vladamir's mate Jules arrive. Having felt the pain of losing a mate myself I knew all too well that she wanted revenge. The need for bloodshed amplified by her now vampire senses made her a formidable villain. Ariel attempted to reach her mother's humanity but failed, it was clear Jules had gone blood crazed; a term that was used when a vampire had lost themselves in rage. Angel wanted to save Jules to save Ariel from the heartbreak of having lost both of her parents; even if one of them was a bad man, but she was quickly reminded that having lost her humanity she was better off dead otherwise she would have caused untold carnage with countless more lives being lost.

　　Rita made quick work of putting Jules out of her misery which only pushed Sid and Ariel further together as he was there to comfort her in her hour of need.

　　Once the atmosphere had settled, we held my coronation reconfirming me as the Alpha King, it was something I found ridiculous, yet Elder Otis was adamant that it had to happen before Rita was able to take her place as the Royal Pack's Luna. After the ceremony I wasted no time and called a meeting within the wolf embassy, my new Luna Queen at my side. We knew someone within these walls was responsible for what had happened with Vladamir and we wanted to know who. After a grilling couple of days, we discovered which elder was responsible though what shocked me even more was the name he gave me. Wayne, he was the man in which he passed the information to and Wayne would then relay it to Vladamir. Maximus wanted to go straight to his home and slaughter his family in front of him so he could see what would have happened to mine had the vampire won. How the hell he could have betrayed his pack to this extent was what baffled me, Jake had showed him mercy for his part in the kidnapping of his mate, the kidnapping of Nick and the murder of Marie, yet he still went against us. Rita did all she could to prevent me losing control over my anger fuelled wolf, she even went as far as to spike me with just enough wolfsbane to weaken me; being of royal blood meant it wouldn't keep me weak for long but just long enough. Maximus finally gave in and listened to what his level-headed mate had to say. I was the Alpha King and he had commuted treason of the highest order and all whilst residing in my kingdom, which by law gave me all the authority I needed to execute him on the e spot however Rita was right. It was Jake that had given Wayne the chance and it was Jake he had now betrayed. After a brisk phone call to the Moonlight Pack Jake ensured me, he would be the one to deal Wayne's fate. Maximus snarled in my mind but agreed with me when I told Jake I would keep my distance from Wayne and allow him to take care of him. After dealing with the business side of the phone call Jake put me on speaker phone.

　　"Hi dad is Rita with you?"

　　"Yes, Angel she is. Is everything ok? How did your check-up go?"

　　"Well, we have something to tell you"

　　Angels POV　　

　　"So how are you settling in?" I asked Ariel as we headed to lunch, we had been back at the Moonlight pack for week and were due to hold a ceremony that welcomed Ariel into our pack.

　　"Other than the looks I seem to be getting from a few of the wolves fine, I think. Sid has been amazing and supportive, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better mate. And Angel I'm sorry again for the trouble my rejection caused"

　　"Hey, look it's all in the past don't sweat about it. Has anyone said anything to you or are they just looks? I will talk to them if it helps. Your mates to their gamma so you deserve the respect that come with that"

　　"Thanks, but I'll be fine I've been through worse. Plus, technically we aren't mated yet remember. I mean I want to I really do, and Sid hasn't remotely forced me into anything I don't want to do, but I can see he wants to complete the process. I…I just don't know if I'm ready, with those things I have had done to me I'm not what you would call 'pure' anymore. My dad's beta took that away from me when I refused to clean his room and telling him it smelled like a brothel, he turned me into a freaking toy. A toy that he passed around to the other ranked members along with anyone that was willing to pay. My so-called father, he knew what was happening but turned a blind eye" I watched as she looked to the floor, the look of shame was written all over her face, but she had nothing to feel ashamed of. I only wished she could see that.

　　"Have you spoken to Sid about this? I think you should if you haven't. I promise you he will understand he's got a heart of gold"

　　"I have sort of, but I broke down and couldn't bare to tell him everything. I don't want him to see me as used goods"

　　We continued our conversation as we sat at the table with our food while we awaited the guys. It took a while, but Ariel agreed to talk with Sid, it really would make her realise that he isn't a monster that not all men were the same, and her past would only make him want her more he would show her she was so much more than what she envisioned. Sid had an extremely protective nature about him that accompanied his good kind heart. Two traits that made him the perfect match for Ariel.

　　After lunch Jake and I said our goodbyes, we headed to his office. The moment his fingers interlocked with mine they sent a rush of sparks coursing through my body resulting in my sudden arousal.

　　"Angel?" Jake stopped in his tracks turning to look at me, his eyes pitch black showing lust as Hunter surfaced.

　　Before I could say a word his grip on my hand tightened as he dragged me down the corridor only stopping as he fumbled with the keys whilst he trying to unlock the office door. Once inside I was pushed against the door and my hands held firmly above my head, I could feel his hardened member pushing against me through the jeans that contained it.

　　"Jake, we need to…"

　　"Not Jake, I want you" Hunters dominating tone escaped Jakes mouth as his lips pressed into mine with a force.

　　Jake had never let Hunter take control of a situation like this before which had me slightly worried as I knew wolfs were rougher during intimacy than humans were.

　　"He won't hurt us. It's your hormones, the rise in them has caused the sparks to give off a scent making him horny. We can't shift now until the doctor gives the all clear like we promised Jake and he wants to mate us" Stars voice just as lust filled as Hunters.

　　I could tell the difference straight away between the way Jake and Hunter kissed. Jakes was calm and passionate whilst Hunters was rough and hungry, leaving me feeling nervous about the rest of this altercation. As Hunter moved Jakes hand under my top, he grabbed my breast squeezing it tightly as he moved his kisses down my neck. I flinched when I felt his canines extend as he nipped at their mark that sat on my neck that showed the world I was theirs. Before he could move things along, he pulled away with feral growl.

　　"What is it?" I asked him knowing it would have taken something big to distract a lustful wolf.

　　"A representative from the embassy is at the gates. They have a warrant to test Megan for the vampire gene" Jakes voice was his own showing Hunter had returned control. "I'm sorry if he scared you, bloody wolf" Jake walked to his desk and rubbed his face. He looked conflicted, he didn't want to allow the representative into the pack territory but if he refused, the elder council had the power to strip him of his alpha title if they felt he was harbouring a dangerous being.

　　"He didn't scare me; I get he wants to have sex just as much as Star and I. Does Benson know? About the warrant not your horny wolf I mean"

　　"I'm going to mind-link him now" his eyes fogged over for a few seconds before returning to their gorgeous blue. "I don't know how long this is going to take and your maternity appointment is in an hour"

　　"Say know more I can go myself, just sort things here"

　　"Take Sid with you. I mean it Angel, not only are you the Luna but you're the royal Princess. You need protection, I wish I could be there to see our pup but this…."

　　"Ahh fine but we both know I am more than capable of looking after myself. Hey this is important Jake you're doing the right thing, there will be other scans so you will get to see next time" I gave him a reassuring smile.

　　I left Jakes office knowing it was pointless arguing with him, I wouldn't win at least not whilst I was pregnant. I pulled my phone out and texted Ariel, she was struggling to make friends because of who her father was so I figured it would be good for her to come with me. Sid drove us to the hospital and waited in the waiting room with Ariel while I went into the examination room. This room was unlike the rest of the hospital. It had an inviting and comfortable look about it unlike the plain white walls of the rest of the building.

　　"Ah Luna Angel, how are you feeling this afternoon?" Dr. Jones asked as she walked in with my maternity notes in her hand.

　　"I'm ok, though I seem to become aroused a lot more when I'm around Jake. It's strange when he held my hand earlier today the sparks felt incredibly intense"

　　"Not to worry let me assure that is normal. Had you been a human having a baby you would get the 'horny' feeling at round four months, but due to being a wolf our pregnancies are sped up meaning the horny feeling comes at around two months. Tell you what if you jump up onto the bed and pull your top up for me" I did as she asked and waited while she turned on a big machine. "Here tuck this tissue into the band of your underwear, it will stop the gel getting onto your clothes believe me it can get messy"

　　I took the tissue and tucked it in. Dr Jones picked up the bottle of gel and after apologising for it being cold, she squirted it onto my belly.

　　"Wow that is cold" I told her with a small chuckle.

　　"Sorry about that. Now I'm going to have to push slightly on your abdomen in order to get a good picture of the pup and to take some measurements"

　　"Measurements?"

　　"Yes, I need to check the size of the pup ti ensure he or she is a growing ok. Now lay back and relax"

　　The bed Dr. Jones had me lay on was t comfy in the slightest and had my back aching. She picked up a handheld device and placed in onto my stomach while keeping the other end in her hand. Slowly moving the probe around she suddenly stopped her eyes practically bulging from their sockets. I was about to ask if something was wrong until the doctor re composed herself and carried on moving the prob. After a few minutes of eerily silence Dr. Jones looked at me with a massive smile before turning the screen round to show me. Immediately I noticed why her eyes popped as she congratulated me.

　　Once the appointment had ended, I left the room not knowing how to feel. I was happy beyond belief don't get me wrong but boy was this a lot especially for an eighteen-year-old girl. As we got into the car Ariel and Sid repeatedly asked how everything went and if they could see the sonogram picture. I know I must have seemed like a bitch by refusing to show them, but I kept telling them I wanted Jake to see first. After arriving back at the pack house, I headed straight for Jakes office to see him seeing off the representative the elders had sent.

　　"How did it go?" I asked him not being able to gage what happened from his facial expression.

　　"We will chat about it later. For now, I just want to know how my beautiful mate got on at the hospital. Are you and our pup ok?"

　　I told Jake everything that happened and showed him the pictures I was given. I didn't expect Jake to cry though but he did and like a baby. As we were about to head for dinner the office phone rang with my dad's number showing. To find out that it was Wayne that had betrayed us yet again and after everything we did for him, and his family was shocking. Jake assured us that he would deal with him when we return to the kingdom next week. Once shop talk was finished my dad asked me how my check-up went, so after confirming that Rita was also present in the call, I told them.

　　"Well, the doctor says I'm around two months pregnant and as my mate is an alpha my pregnancy would be shorter than that of the average wolf, though mine will be substantially shorter" I told them trying not to give anything away.

　　"Angel is something wrong with the pup" Rita's voice sounded worried, so Jake told me to just tell them what I was holding back.

　　"We are having twins!" Jake and I shouted down the phone in unison.
