　　"Ouch!" 

　　I let out an excruciating sound when my hand came in contact with the pan, what was I thinking? I quickly put my hand in the sink and turned on the tap to help relieve the pain.

　　"Almost ready," I said with a proud smile on my face, this was my first time making pancakes on my own and I did a great job except for the fact that I burnt my hand in the process.
