　　"Open the door! Open the dam door!" I screamed at the top of my voice, my fists pounding against the solid wood like a madwoman.

　　I banged on the door with all my might, as if I could break it down at any moment. The sound of my fists hitting the door echoed through the hallway, I was beyond reason, driven by desperation and fear.
