　　As Christian and I walked into the law firm together, I couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth spread through me. The tension in between us had melted away after last night, leaving behind a feeling of contentment.

　　Christian's hand brushed lightly against mine, and I smiled up at him, his face reflecting the same happiness I felt. We had worked through our issues, and now, we were stronger for it.
