　　Mr. Connor opened the event with a declaration of welcome for all students and parents who attended tonight. He explained that tonight is the night when students will get to know each other before training starts the next day.

　　The lights that had been lighting up the ballroom suddenly dimmed when the principal ended his remarks; only disco lights surround the place after that and music starts humming, making everyone prepare to find their dance buddy.

　　My guardian angel reached over my hands and we started to dance; I was enjoying the moment and there is no shadow of the Alpha crossing my mind at that time, only the thoughts of my parents that look happy on the other side of the ballroom, they are dancing, hands wrapped around each other with smiles on their faces.

　　Alpha Adrian faked everything, he faked his happiness that night; the moment I saw my parents was just a fake scenario that my father arrange to make Luna Mira feel sorry for herself for choosing someone else, that should have been her on the dance floor, not my mother. It took both Lara and me surprised but Lara knows better, she pulled that girl away from us, leading her somewhere as they dance; my guardian angel gave me a smirk before she pulls that girl even far.

　　I froze the moment I felt his hands wrapped around mine, my temperature became low; there is no way my guardian angel supporting this kind of shit. Instead of protecting me, she made up my love story.

　　“Hi” The Alpha smiled at me; my eyes can’t get away from his blue eyes when he stared at me at that time.

　　“Where have you been?” Lara pretended as if she knows nothing; there was not a hint of disbelief on the Omega’s face at that time.

　　“It’s nice to dance with you, Diane! See you later” Lara held my hand after giving that Omega a toothed smile, and she dragged me away from the place.

　　“Let’s go!” Lara whispered as she pulled my hand in a rush, the two of us then makes our way to the frontline of the crowd.
