Things that I had been stored in my brain turned out to be true, as I stepped into the Red-Blood palace after slamming the truck door in upset because I have been left in the driveway by myself, I saw my grandmother crossing her arms and those crossed arms become my first view as I arrived.

　　My father was standing right in front of the queen while she was sitting on the cozy couch in the living room of the Red-Blood palace, the guards surrounding the place as all of us coming back from Ascot River at that time.

　　Her face was tight, none of us have any idea why she was upset at that moment but sure, one of us must be fucked up because if we are not, the queen must not be raging.

　　I slowly step into the living room, shutting my mouth in tension and breathing heavily, I should not be in this place to face my grandmother’s rage; I should have been in my room instead of being there, but I already joined and like it or not, I have to face everything that will be coming upon us.

　　As I landed in my standing spot, my grandmother immediately gets up from her seat, she slammed the table which was right in front of her and made it break into two pieces, my shoulders were as high as they could be at that moment; I have never seen her temper raised like this before.

　　“What did you do, Adrian?!” She started with a question; a question that we all don’t know what was behind it.

　　My father was confused, and so am I. He said nothing at that time, my father just waited for her to continue; we all need more clarification but were too afraid to ask.

　　The queen then started again, but this time I found her more relaxed than before, my grandmother took a deep inhale before she continues, she pleases both my father and me to take our seats before the conversation start over; the two of us then take a seat tensely.

　　“Do you have any idea why I was mad at you, Adrian?” The queen inquired.

　　“No, mother…” My father replied in a low voice and low head.

　　The queen rested her back against the couch afterward, placing her arms on the single couch handle, her fingers then clicking the couch, indicating that she was trying to assuage her anger before starting again.

　　I couldn’t breathe as I wait for her to open her mouth again, my legs trembling but they were in a low vibration, none of them can see it except me the one who feels it.

　　“Leave us alone, please…”

　　My grandmother ordered all the guards who were in the place to get off the place, after hearing the queen’s order, all the guards then leave and the living room was secured after, no ears could listen to us.

　　“You made a mistake, Adrian”

　　“How could you lose your mind like this?”

　　The queen declared, she growled and her eyes shone, the golden light was evident when she was in a rage.

　　“I don’t understand, mother…” My father stuttered, still lowering his head to the ground.

　　“You handed our guards to them!” The queen started to raise her voice, her hands clenched from holding the rage that had been stored in her chest. “You dig their grave by sending them to Rockwood!” My grandmother said.

　　“Mother, I sent them to help those people, they will understand” Alpha Adrian replied; he tried to settle the queen down.

　　“Then why didn’t I hear about them until now?” The queen raised an eyebrow and she scoffed.

　　“They just left days ago, mother! I’m sure they will come back soon” My father said.

　　“Look, Adrian, we lost count if the vampires break here in the future, they are so many of them all over the land! I’m not sure all the packs that lived here can beat them” The queen sighed.

　　“I’m sorry, mother! I had been in Ascot River for a long time and heard nothing about this… I don’t understand what you were talking about” Alpha Adrian said.

　　In a calm voice, my grandmother told both my father and me that she heard the news from the outside that the vampires had already dominated more than six states in the land; they also killed thousands of werewolves with their special weapons including King Amos from North Carlotta state.

　　“What? King Amos” My father was shocked; his eyes bulged.

　　“If they can kill King Amos then they could kill us too!” Queen Hermione declared.

　　The situation become tenser when my father find out about the news, he was concerned about Luna Mira’s safety but he has no idea how to tell my grandmother about the relocation plan.

　　“Please command the guards to come after Beta Benjamin! Make sure he gets back here in a piece! I will secure this place at level one hundred” My grandmother commanded.

　　“Copy that, mother, I will do it” My father responded, his voice shaking; thinking about how to convince the queen to relocate the Night-Blood to Eden Spring.

　　“Well, we’re done! You two can go, get some rest because we had things to do after this” The queen said.

　　With mouths shut, my father and I get up from our seats, our faces down at that time and when I was about to step away, my father ventured to say the intent and purpose of his return home.

　　“Mother, I had a thing to say” My father finally opened his mouth after off the air.

　　“Go ahead…” The queen rested her back against the single cozy couch again, her eyes pointed at my father as if she knows about his purpose of returning home.

　　Alpha Adrian took a deep breath before breaking the silence, by that time I stopped my step and watched the two of them, I was included in the conversation.

　　“I would like to request the relocation of Rockwood people in Ascot River to Eden Spring” My father finally said.

　　The queen seemed not surprised when those words escaped my father’s mouth, turned out she had already known about the news because one of our guards inform the council last night.

　　“The answer is no” My grandmother stated.

　　“Mother, we needed their votes! The vampires had entered the location already and I was concerned because that place has no defense like the first point of Ascot River” Alpha Adrian tried to convince the queen.

　　“Adrian, I went to the council last night and they objected to it! Unfortunately, we can’t let those people in” The queen sighed.

　　My father get upset, the palms of his hands clenched after hearing the queen’s declaration, then something entered my father’s brain.

　　“The first pack that lived in Eden Spring was the Red-Blood… It means, we owned this place and if they objected to accepting more people, then they can look for another place to live” My father said.

　　“Tell them to meet me as soon as possible!” He ended and immediately left the place; my father left me with my grandmother at that time.

　　The queen can tell nothing but sigh, my grandmother looked concerned. After seeing her that way, I step closer toward her so that I can make her feel better.

　　“Your father weakened, he blinded by love!” My grandmother said.

　　“No, grandmother, I don’t believe that! He just tried to help…” I responded; I was sure with my words.

　　“The council will go against him, I don’t think they will agree” The queen stated.

　　After talking to Queen Hermione, I went back to my room and get some rest. I was lying back on my bed at that time before hearing the commotion downstairs. The packs had already come to the Red-Blood palace; they were taking counsel about the relocation of the Night-Blood.

　　I stayed in my room at that time, waiting for them to leave the palace before stepping out of the room, and after two hours of waiting, the palace was finally secure, I don’t hear any sounds from downstairs anymore.

　　Getting up from the bed, I walked toward the door to check up on the location, I peeked out through the keyhole before getting out of the room. I want to make sure there are no guards around the place.

　　After making sure everything was secure, I opened the door and walked outside, stepping down the stairs in a low step so no one can hear me.

　　How surprised I was to see my father and grandmother were still there after the council pullout, plus with guards around them. The two of them spot my arrival and like it or not, I have to behave as if I never meant to be curious, as my feet landed on the floor, I flashed them a tooth smile and started.

　　“I am about to grab some drink from the kitchen, I didn’t know everyone was still here”
