Lydia's POV

　　The baseball bat is held tightly in my hand. It is much better to stay safe for myself than call anyone for help. There is no one around, and I don't want the burglar to escape while I am distracted and not present at the scene.

　　An insane amount of bravery and courage is flowing in my body as I slowly push the door open. I didn't know what to anticipate. It's eight in the morning, nothing could go wrong now.
