　　Then another message entered my phone from my mother. "Um...sweety, I know that your father can be overbearing sometimes, but you know he cares about you. Please, try to come home and talk to him."

　　I sighed as I read the text. I knew my mother was right, but I wasn't ready to talk to my father about my pregnancy.
