When Bella opened her eyes, she noticed that she was somewhere strange. Everything about the room she was in felt strange. Even the smell she perceived was strange. She sat up from the bed and looked at her surroundings. She was in a beautifully decorated bedroom that did not look like hers and her heart began pounding when she remembered all that happened a while ago.
The guard Achilles asked her to go with did not take her to the castle. He led her to some place he did not know and when she asked him where he was taking her too, he had told her it was a surprise Achilles had made for her. Just like every other guard in the castle, she trusted him and followed him into the woods. For the first few minutes, she was excited to see what Achilles had kept for her as a surprise, but when they moved further into the woods, she began to panic, but it was too late because they were far off from the castle. Two other guards joined them and before she could cry for help, the guards bundled her up and held a tissue over her nostrils that caused her to go unconscious the moment she inhaled the chemical that had been sprayed on it.
She jumped down from the bed in panic and looked around as beats of sweat trailed down her temples.
Only one thought crossed her mind.
She had been kidnapped.
Only one person in the entire world had plans of kidnapping her and that person who was no one else but Alpha D'argan.
"Alpha D'argan?" She whispered in horror. "No!" She cried as she rushed over to the door to open it up, but unfortunately for her, it was locked. That was when she confirmed that she had indeed been kidnapped. Achilles always restricted her from going outside, but he never locked her in.
She had indeed been kidnapped by the tyrant.
"Help!" She began shouting and banging the door hard. "Let me out of here!" She yelled at the top of her voice, in tears.
Everything was happening in her body at that moment. Her blood was boiling in her veins and she feared that her blood vessels would melt. Her heart was beating so fast that it was threatening to hop out of her chest. She couldn't even breathe properly.
Suddenly, the door burst open, revealing a furious looking guard and the uniform he had on wasn't that which Bella was familiar with.
She took a step backwards and whimpered in fear.
"Who are you?"
"My identity is the last thing you should be concerned about. Your father has been waiting for you to wake up. Follow me." He instructed as he turned to leave. He had no idea the chaos he had set in Bella's mind.
Her father.
Her father!
Alpha D'argan.
She had indeed been kidnapped by Alpha D'argan.
"By my father, do you mean Alpha D'argan?" She asked carefully as she followed the guard.
"The one and only!" He replied and her heart sank into her abdomen. She placed a protective hand over her stomach and gently caressed it as she walked on.
She was terrified.
She knew Alpha D'argan had just one mission and that was to kill her and her unborn child regardless of the fact that they were his flesh and blood.
When they arrived at the living room, she stopped on her tracks when she saw the vicious looking man sitting on the couch. The last time she saw him was fifteen years ago when they were all gathered at the castle yard, crying after he had killed their subjects, including the Alpha and Luna and destroyed almost everything they own.
He looked older and weaker and uglier.
The thick scar on his face made him look even more appalling and she wanted to get away from his sight that minute.
She hated the fact that she was his daughter.
"Here she is, Alpha." The guard notified with a bow and Alpha D'argan gestured him to leave, which he did.
Once they were just the two of them in the living room, Alpha D'argan rose from the couch and Bella took a step backwards. When the man sensed her fear, he smiled and looked up at her.
"Do you like the bedroom I made for you?" He asked out of nowhere.
"I don't like anything in this castle and I never will. Just send me back home!" She spoke in a confident voice.
Deep down in her heart, she was terrified of the man and what he was capable of doing to her any minute, but she chose not to show him her fear, because she knew if she dared did that, he would feed on it and make her life even more miserable.
"Hmmm…" he exclaimed in amusement. "Bold, fearless and confident. You are my daughter."
"I am not your daughter!" She denied firmly.
"Oh yes you are. I fucked your mother, got her pregnant and she gave birth to you. That makes me your father and there's no denying it!"
"Just let me go back home. I don't want to stay here"
"Well … you have to, because this is your home. The Wall Street Pack is just a place you grew up in because your mother chose to be recalcitrant. This Pack, the Crescent Moon pack is your home and you will stay here whether you like it or not!" He told her firmly.
"Achilles will come for you and when he does, that will be the end. He will have you killed!"
"Then you pray he doesn't come when it's too late because I will kill him first." He spoke calmly, but his words were dangerous. "Guards!" He called and immediately, two guards rushed into the living room and bowed down to him.
He took another step forward, causing Bella to maintain the distance by stepping backwards.
"Until I figure out what to do with you, you will remain locked up in your bedroom. And for those minions, I will be waiting to kill them when they arrive. Welcome home, Princess Bella." Then he gestured to the guards to take her away.
Bella did not wait for the guards to get to her, she quickly turned around and began ascending the staircase with tears flying down her cheeks.
She was very angry and afraid at the same time.
"Tell the Wizard she's here." He mindlinked his better and once more took his seat with a satisfied smirk plastered at the side of his lips.
"It is over!"
