CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE

That afternoon was not a very good one for Alpha D'argan. Achilles' news just reached him and he was not very pleased with it. He had asked him to send both Bella and his grandson to come pay him a visit, but he had refused and now he was enraged. He wanted to see his daughter and grandson.

"That boy will never seize to amuse me. He has the audacity to deny me of my daughter and grandchild! How dare he!" He scolded in anger, causing the guards around him to shiver in fear. He was walking helter-skelter around his living room restlessly. A lot of things had been stressing stressing him lately, the greatest of which was Alpha Curtis' adamancy to submit to his every command.

"Alpha D'argan, do you want me to send soldiers to cause trouble?" Beta asked, but he quickly shook his head.

"No. Don't do that. I have a better plan. It was about time I found away to finish off with that pack. Five years have not been enough for them to learn their lesson. After everything they've been through because of me, they are supposed to fear me and bow to my every will, but they are doing the exact opposite! Right now I'm going to kill them all and make sure the Wall street pack ceases to exist!" He swore firmly and all his Beta could do was nod in agreement.

"Alpha D'argan!" A voice called from the door and both Alpha and Beta turned to look and when they did, they were flabbergasted to see Alpha Curtis fearlessly making a greceful entrance into the living room despite the threats he received from Alpha D'argan the last time he was there.

"Alpha Curtis " Alpha D'argan called after recovering from his few seconds of shock. "If what I'm thinking is not what brought you here, then I think you should turn around and leave before I order my guards to finish up with you!"

"Alpha D'argan, sometimes I wonder if you suffer from an amnesia. You seem to be forgetting the fact that I am an Alpha I can take down your guards within the twinkle of an eye. Anyway, I'm not here to fight with you, I can with good news actually."

"If that good news has nothing to do with the revenue you owe me, then I'm afraid I don't want to hear it!" Alpha D'argan clearly stated.

"Well, I think the Moon goddess already answered your prayers. I passed by the finance office on my here and made the necessary payment before coming here to tell you the good news." He said with a smile plastered on his face.

Alpha D'argan on the hand was not so moved by his words. He knew Alpha Curtis to be a very stubborn man who liked to tease his patience.

"I don't trust anything you just said right here. You will stay here while my Beta goes to verify what you just said. If he finds out you are lying, you will be locked up in my dungeon for as long I want." Alpha D'argan warned but Alpha Curtis was the least bothered. He just carelessly shrugged his shoulders and gestured the Beta to go ahead and do as his Alpha had proposed and he did just that.

When they were just the two of them left in the living room, Alpha Curtis took out time to monitor Alpha D'argan and from the way he was pacing about and sighing from time to time, he could feel that something was wrong.

"May I ask what's bothering you?" He broke the silence and immediately, Alpha D'argan stopped pacing about and turned to face him.

  "Huh?" Alpha D'argan asked confused.

"Is everything alright?" He inquired yet again and Alpha D'argan heaved out an exasperated sigh as he massaged his wrinkled forehead with his fingers.

  He was angry.

He was extremely angry and he felt murderous at the moment. The Wall Street Pack was his greatest nemesis and they were starting to get on his nerves again.

"No. Everything is not alright." He finally responded and that made Alpha Curtis walk closer to him so he could inquire more about what was troubling the Alpha. Not that he cared, he just wanted to know what it was that could bother the tyrant Alpha that much.

"And what could it be that's getting the almighty Alpha D'argan all worked up?"

"Nothing else but the Wall Street Pack. From its leaders to its subjects and then its animals. Everything about that pack is getting me all worked up right now. I should have killed them all, I should killed them all when I had the chance to do so!" He lamented bitterly and Alpha Curtis was taken aback by his sudden rage and anger.

"Whoa, whoa, calm down Alpha D'argan. You have to calm down! What is it that the members of the wall street pack have done this time?"

"Their Alpha, Alpha Achilles is back with his mate who happens to be my daughter and my grandson. I asked him to send them over so I could see and spend time with them, but he has blatantly refused to do so. That young man is always striking the wrong nerve and I hate it!" He explained angrily and Alpha Curtis nodded his head.

"Ahh… I see. Quarrel between father and son-in-law. I better not get involved in it."

"I'm going to kill him!" Alpha D'argan blurted out and that made Curtis chuckle. "What's funny?" Alpha D'argan asked enraged.

"The fact that you think it'll be easy to kill Achilles. He's an Alpha for goodness sake." Alpha Curtis protested.

"His father was an Alpha too, but I killed him. I'm going to do same to Achilles. The Wall Street pack is nothing compared to mine. They lack soldiers and all I need to do is order Alpha's around for them to attack and have them all killed. That is what I'll do!"

"You seem to be forgetting the fact that they have witch that can take down an entire army of soldiers with just a wave of the hand. What you plan to do is dangerous! You need to…"

"Silence!" Alpha D'argan roared, shutting up Alpha Curtis. "I command you to leave my Castle and pack this very instant!" He ordered, totally confusing Alpha Curtis.

"I thought you said I'll only leave after you confirm that I've truly transferred the funds."

"Just leave! If I find out I haven't, then you and you entire pack will suffer the consequences of your lies telling. Now, leave!" He ordered yet again and Alpha Curtis immediately exited the living room. As he walked all the way to his car, he had a thousand thoughts swimming on his mind, one of which was the fact that he was sick and tired of Alpha D'argan bossing him around.

He knew it was about time he freed himself and his people from the tyrant Alpha.
