CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND TEN.

"The meeting is over, you are can leave, except you, Tony." Achilles ordered and immediately, everyone exited his office except Tony, his Beta.

Ever since he returned to the pack, he had been so busy with pack issues that he had forgotten to do something very very important, and that was to go and see his brother's body that had been preserved.

Alex died fighting for the pack, he died protection his son and he owed him a word of thanks for that. Even though it had been five years, he knew it was never too late for him to thank his brother for fighting by his side.

"Is everything alright?" Tony asked once the room was clear and Achilles looked up at him and nodded his head.

  "Yeah, everything is alright."

"Any particular reason why you wnated me to stay?" Tony asked calmly.

"Uh… yeah. I just realized that since I returned, I haven't seen Alex's body and I'm sure he's angry with me wherever he is right now. He died protecting my son, it's only right that I thank him."

"You and I know Alex will be resurrected soon, why don't you wait for that time to come so you can thank him."

"When Alex comes back to life, I wouldn't want to mention anything that would remind him of his death, that's why I want to do that now."

  "Yeah, that makes sense."

"I know you know where my sister kept his body, can you please take me there?" He asked calmly.

"Of course. It's in Alex's bedroom in his chambers, she casted over a million spells on it to prevent the body from decaying, he's just as fresh as you and I." Tony explained cheerfully and Achilles smiled even though he felt uneasy.

He could already feel tears stinging in his eyes. He missed his brother very much and he had no idea what his reaction would be once he got into that room and saw his lifeless body lying on his bed. The same bed they had both slept on a few times when they were younger.

"Please take me to him." Achilles whispered and Tony immediately got on his feet to lead the way.

In less than no time, they were in Alex's chambers, standing before his room door. Achilles could already feel the magic around the area. There was a strong force around them that he could not comprehend and for a split second, he was afraid to go in.

"Would you want to go in alone?" Tony asked after opening the door and Achilles immediately shook his head. He knew he was going to cry uncontrollably in there and he needed a shoulder to cry on, only Tony could give him that shoulder.

"Please come in with me." He pleaded and Tony quietly nodded as he stepped away from the door for Achilles to get in first.

When Achilles stepped in, his gaze fell on the body lying on the bed and his heart dropped into his abdomen. He took a step backwards out of fear as he began panting.

"Achilles, there's nothing for you to be afraid of, that's your brother in there and I'm sure he wants you to talk to him, please, go in." Tony encourgared him and he mustered up some courage and walked into the room. He took calm, calculated steps towards the bed and when he was close enough, he went down on his knees by the bedside.

Alex was lying on his back, with both hands placed on his stomach and he had on a black tuxedo and a pair of white socks on. His hair was perfectly combed and gelled backwards. He wasn't white and stiff like a dead person, instead, he looked like a man who was taking a nap.

  A nap in formal clothes.

  A formal nap.

"We have him washed up and change his clothes every two days. That way he won't be mad we kept him dirty when he comes back." Tony explained and that managed to make Achilles chuckle.

"Alex was a clean freak, he's definitely going to thank you guys for keeping this body clean."

  "Yeah, he will."

"I miss him so much. Alex thought me a lot in life and he single handedly made sure I didn't grow up to be a spoiled brat. I would have been one if not for him. He'd have beaten up properly anytime I misbehaved. Even when our parents were still alive, he didn't mind beating me up even though he knew our father was going to have him severely punished. Even as we are now, Alex never misses the chance to beat me up when I do something stupid. That's why I named my son Alex. I want him to be like his uncle. Strong willed, determined, kind, strict and many others I can't even remember. He would've made an awesome Alpha."

"You are an awesome Alpha, Achilles." Tony assured him and he just nodded his head. "I'm happy you are Alpha because I don't know how I would have been Beta Alex. First he's very strict and always very serious, second he's older than I am and I wouldn't have known how to behave around him. I mean, Alex is Alex and I avoid him as much as I can, I really don't know how to behave around him. His aura intimidates the shit out of me." Tony lamented and Achilles laughed hard.

"Yeah… I get that a lot. A lot of people around here fear Alex because of his no nonsense demeanour and that's why I say he would have been a better Alpha for the pack."

"Maybe, maybe not." Tony said, shrugging. "But like I said, I'm grateful you are Alpha. You are doing a great job leading us."

Achilles just nodded his head as he turned to look at his brother once more.

"Brother, I'm back home and I promise you that I'm going to bring that tyrant down. I'm going to make sure you come back home to us. I promise I will do everything in my power to end this all. Just give me some time. We are going to be together once more, I promise you that." Achilles promised and placed a gentle kiss on Alex's forehead.

He was determined to do everything to bring him back to life.
