CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN.

"Alex I said it's bedtime, turn off the Tv and come here!" Bella scolded for the umpteenth time, but little Alex didn't seem to be getting it. His eyes were glued to the TV before him. His favorite Cartoon, "Mr. Magoo" was going on and he wanted to finish watching that episode before going to bed, but his mother did not seem to understand.

"Alex!" Bella called yet again and this time around, Alex turned to look at her.

"Mum look, it's the last episode of Mr. Magoo, please let me watch it. It won't be long." The young man pleaded with puppy eyes that his mother could hardly resist. She let out a heavy sigh and sat by his side on the couch to watch with him together.

"You need to stop making me do things I don't wanna do. It's way past your bedtime and remember you have training tomorrow." She reprimanded.

"Mum, I promise this won't take long." He cooed and Bella just rolled her eyes.

When they got the pack, both her and Achilles were scared that the change of environment and lifestyle would especially take a toll on Alex, but none of that happened. He quickly adapted to everything that was going on. When they first took him to the adult training ground, he was fascinated to see people shapeshift into werewolves and even cried when he was turned he would not be able to turn until he turned sixteen.

He loved everything about the werewolf world and even the fact that he was a future Alpha.

He was the strongest and fastest among his mates during training and that only proved that he was definitely the next Alpha of the pack.

"Baby, can I ask you a question?"

"Not now mummy." Alex responded, not even looking at her.

"Is Mr. Magoo blind?" Bella asked and immediately, Alex turned to face her with a wide smile plastered on his face. He was always ready to answer questions related to the cartoons he loved watching.

"Yes mummy, he's blind and has a dog, but he calls it a cat, because he thinks it's a cat." He further explained and that made Bella laugh. "Also, he might pass as the most fortunate in the world. He always gets lucky with everything he does!"

  "Ahhh… I see."

  "Yes, mummy."

The two sat in silence, with their mind focused on the cartoon playing.

"Alright, now it's time to get you to bed, no more excuses. Come on." Bella said as she carried him to his bed.

  "Mummy." Alex called.

  "What now Alex?"

"I don't wanna spend the night here. I want to be with my sister, Bella. She's very sick and I would love to cuddle her all night. She needs me." He explained and Bella could feel her legs turn jelly. She opened her mouth to talk but words failed her.

The fact that Alex just said Bella needed him broke her heart into a million pieces. She was trying hard not to burst into tears before him.

  "Diana" She called through mindlink.

  "Yes, Bella."

"Is Bella asleep yet?" Bella inquired and she could hear Diana sigh from the other end.

"No and I'm bothered because she never stays up past her bedtime."

"Can I bring Alex to come spend the night with her, he insists on cuddling her, he just told me little Bella needs him"

"And he's right. Please bring him over."

"Alright, we'll be right there." She immediately blocked the mindlink and looked down at Alex who was gazing at her hopefully.

"She said yes, right?" He asked knowingly and Bella nodded.

  "Yes baby."

"Told ya!" He rejoiced as he jumped down from the bed and bolted out of the bedroom before his mother could say another word.

They both literally ran all the way to Diana's chambers and Alex led the way to little Bella's bedroom where they met Diana seated by her side on the bed.

"Aunt Diana." Alex called and rushed into his aunt's waiting arms. Diana picked him from the ground and hugged him tight, planting sweet kisses all over his face.

"Look who is here, the Alpha King himself!" She cooed and little Alex giggled hard.

"Just so you know aunt Diana, I'm not here for you, I'm here for Bella." He said as he took off his shoes and lay on the bed. Immediately he did that, little Bella immediately opened her eyes and turned to look at Alex.

Diana looked at Bella completely terrified and Bella urged her to keep calm and watch the children.

"Alex." Little Bella called with a smile.

"Yes little sister, it's me, Alex."

"You are not going to leave me alone, right?" She asked and little Alex shook his head.

"I'm never going to leave you alone."

"Thank you." She said and snuggled into Alex's arms.

"Mummy, could please cover us up with the duvet?" Alex asked.

"Of course baby." Bella hastily went over to the bed and covered them both. "Can I kiss you both good night?"

"No, just leave together with Aunt Diana."

"Yes sweety." She agreed and ushered Diana out of the room.

"Did you just see that?" Diana asked once they were out of the bedroom. "Until now, Bella has not talked for months! She hasn't even been able to move a muscle. She has been lying lifeless on the bed… but, she… she just talked and moved. Bella…" Diana cried and Bella drew her into her arms.

"They are siblings, Diana. They know how they connect. I hope this makes her condition better. For now, let's leave them be. I have a good feeling about this. Come on." She urged, almost dragging Diana away.

Diana was reluctant to leave, she wanted to go in and see what was going on.

"We have to tell Tony and Achilles."

"This is a mystery? How can one sibling make the other feel better? They have never even met each other until now, but they know each other so well already, what is going on?" Diana asked rhetorically and Bella was confused as well.

"Why don't you talk with grandma after we tell the guys?" Bella suggested and Diana quickly nodded her head.

"Yeah, I'm definitely going to do that!."
