Alpha D'argan who had been restless in his sleep the entire night suddenly woke up from his bed panting and sweating like someone who was being chased with a matchet.
Well… that was oddly accurate bacause he was actually being chased by a strange girl in his dream. She looked rather scary and he knew she had come to kill him, that's why he didn't stop running.
He was heart was throbbing so hard that he was scared it would hop out of his body. He looked around his bedroom and sighed heavily when he spotted a girl sleeping peacefully by his side. She was one of the young virgins he came to bed with last night.
He quietly slid down from the bed and walked over to the wine bar to serve himself some whiskey regardless of the fact that he was stark naked. As he drank, he kept thinking about the dream. It had felt so real, the girl in the dream was pursuing him with a dagger and she looked like she was going to kill him if she had caught him.
For the past five years, he had not had any night mares, but ever since he was told that Achilles and Bella had returned to their pack, the nightmares had been consistent.
The last time he had nightmares was during the previous redemption battle which they lost to him and he knew that if he was having nightmares about someone wanting to kill him, then it had something to do with the Wall Street Pack.
They were definitely planning another redemption.
The thought of that made him chuckle hysterically as he emptied his glass of whiskey.
"Why won't they just accept their fate?" He asked rhetorically as he served himself another glass of whiskey.
"Chris!" He mindlinked his Beta despite the fact that it was three am in the morning.
"Yes, Alpha." Chris, who was always on high alert answered.
"I want you to send word to Alpha Curtis of the Black Wood Pack, tell him I want him to report here before seven am tomorrow, that we have something very important to discuss. Do that now!" He ordered authoritatively.
"Yes Alpha." Chris agreed and immediately blocked the mind link.
Alpha D'argan sighed for the umpteenth time as he kept on drinking. He looked around once more and the moment his eyes fell on the young girl sleeping on his bed, his dick twitched and he could feel it becoming hard instantly.
He quickly emptied the glass of wine and stepped down from the bar stool. His erect shaft stood still between his legs as he walked over to the bed and when he got there, the first thing he did was smack the girl's butt cheeks and that caused her to wake up from sleep.
"I guess you've had enough rest already. Now it's time for us to ride on from where we stopped." He asserted with an evil smile and the defenseless girl just nodded her head as she sat upright on the bed, ready to execute every command he gave her.

When Alpha D'argan's news got to Alpha Curtis, he did not hesitate to respond. Early that morning, he woke up and headed straight for the Crescent Moon Pack. He didn't do that because of the threat that accompanied the news if he did not show up, but because he was eager to know what it was about.
Alpha D'argan only summoned him so early when there was something bothering him and that's what he wanted to know. He hoped that it was connected to the Wall Street Pack, because he intended to use his weaknesses against him.
When he arrived at the pack, as usual, he was taken into the livingroom where he had to sit and wait for the tyrant king to come and see him, but that was not the case. He was beyond shocked to walk into the living room and find Alpha D'argan sitted on one of the sofas, probably waiting for him.
"Alpha D'argan." He called calmly, trying hard to hide his surprised. He looked down at his watch to make sure he had not missed the time and he had not. His watch read half past six am, he was right on time.
"You must be surprised to see me seated here, waiting for you." Alpha D'argan asserted and Alpha Curtis chuckled.
"Well… you got me there. I'm actually flabbergasted to see you here, I hope everything is alright." He asked faking a concerned mood.
"Leave us." He told his guards and Beta and they immediately exited the living room. "You may take a seat." He offered and Alpha Curtis gladly made himself comfortable on one of the couches far away from Alpha D'argan.
"Thank you."
"I summoned you here to tell you something very important."
"I'm all ears."
"For the past three days, I've been having nightmares about some strange girl wanting to kill me with a dagger." He explained in fear.
"Nightmares?" Alpha Curtis asked with raised brows.
"Yes, nightmares"
"And what do you think could be causing these nightmares?" He asked curiously.
"Well, I started having these nightmares the day I was told that Alpha Achilles of the Wall Street Pack had returned from the human world with his wife and son. These nightmares are a sign that they are planning to wage another war against me and I cannot let that happen."
"Let's say your assumptions are correct, what do you intend to do about it? Because you and I know you stand no chance against them. Last time, you had a soccerer assisting you, but now, you don't and they have their witch. That's dangerous on your side."
"I won't need to have a witch if I have a lot of armies. I'm going to be needed your help and that of other Alpha's around here. I need your armies to be able to go to war with them. All I have to do is organize an ambush and have them all killed once and for all."
"And you think every Alpha will accept to do this? To send their soldiers to a war that does not concern them?"
"Well, they don't have a choice! I am the Paramount Alpha and they will do as I say. They all know the consequences of disobeying. You know the consequences of disobeying me!"
"Of course I do." He agreed calmly as he tried hard to conceal his smile.
He hated the man's over confidence and he was going to use that flaw of his to bring him down.
"This is what I want you to do, I want you to gather all the Alphas of the neighboring packs, tell them all what I just told you. I know they will not hesitate to accept because they all fear me and once that's done, you come back here so we can draw an attack plan. I will give you latest seven am tomorrow to report to me. Is that understood?"
"Yes, Alpha D'argan." Alpha Curtis answered like he was his puppet and he smiled.
"That will be all for now, you may leave." He dismissed and Alpha Curtis gladly rose from his seat and left the living room.
He planned on going to the pack to do the exact opposite of what Alpha D'argan had just told him. He was going to gather the Alphas as planned, but the information he would send out to them would be that which would make them stand against the tyrant and overly confident Alpha.
He was going to orchestrate his downfall.
