The sun was almost gone when our plane landed at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. I looked out the window and smiled. My heart still felt warm from the trip, my face brimming with all the sweet memories I carried. My hair was still a little wet from the swim earlier, and I could still smell the sea on my skin.
