A FEW DAYS LATER.

Riven and Hazel were already in the news as a couple, and as I stared at the picture that had been taken of them leaving the hospital, I couldn't help but smile.

It was still so shocking that Hazel had said yes to Riven after the way she had avoided him before all of this.

"The heart truly wants what it wants, doesn't it?" I muttered to myself, my eyes lingering on the ring Riven had gotten for her. It was so pretty; I wished I had one too.
