I had just woken up in the morning when Grayson called, telling me he’d just landed and that I needed to pack immediately. He was coming to take me somewhere else.

I was stunned. “Grayson, you just went back yesterday, and now you’re flying here again? I’m settled in fine here. Do we really need to move again?”

“Yes,” Grayson said over the phone. “I have properties in other countries too. I think it’s better to relocate you.”
