The car pulled up in front of the hospital.

What were we doing here?

The driver handed me a bag containing a dress. “He asked that you put this on.”

I furrowed my brows. “Why?”

“He didn’t tell me anything, only asked me to give you the dress.”

I took it from him, and he returned to the vehicle, driving off.
