“Well, everyone believes it. I almost thought it was true.”

I smacked my lips and walked out of the restroom.

“Where are you going?” Mary called after me.

“Well, I have to clarify things before people start spreading false—ahhh!” I yelped as my feet slipped, my body tilting.
