My day started as early as 4:am. I began by taking long walks around the palace and the towers. Then I moved on to review all the surveillance footage at the borders, one at a time, watching for anything out of the ordinary. This usually took about four hours and by the time I was done and raised up my head, the sun was already up in the sky.
