I snatched the paper from his fingers before he could read it. I squeezed it into a ball and threw it behind me.

His eyes narrowed on me, brows cocked, quizzing me. “Why did you do that?” He demanded.

“Nothing,” I answered. “We will discuss later. I think I need to pee.” I moved into the corridor quickly.
