It took Renee and Daphne four whole hours to get me ready. They tried different makeups and gowns on me—all in the name of searching for the perfect look.

And finally, they found the perfect look… but that was after four hours and several trials.

“Now that’s perfection!” Daphne clapped her hands.

I rolled my eyes, sprang up, then checked myself out in the mirror and nodded in approval.
