I walked into the palace from my usual morning exercise. As a hybrid Alpha, I don’t really need to do work-outs to keep my self bit as I genetically have a muscular physique with good metabolisms. I still have to keep my strength and endurance so as not to appear weak to anyone who is willing to challenge.
