Darius

The night felt bland and dry. After the rainfall, the entire palace was silent. Not even the sounds of squeaky rats were heard. The aura felt off, like we were all in mourning. I tried to eat the lavish delicacies and assorted food and drinks displayed on the dining table, but nothing seemed to go down.
