I sat watching the ball. The nanny walked down with Ethan, and she asked about the whereabouts of Tricia.

Ethan sucked his tongue and this made me smile.

"Give him to me," I said.

After that, I asked her what best she would like for us to call her, and I let her leave. I felt bored at home; Ethan couldn't keep me company as he was a baby.

I only did the least I could do to Ethan, his smiles made me remember my younger days.
