A guard of Bernard's was with Ethan, and only stood up when we approached.

"Thank you," Tricia said to him and he took a bow.

Bernard told one of his guards to get the lady as I requested. The lady was brought out of the room and stood before me. Fear was evident in her eyes.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"Chloe," she replied.
