Why, why can't Aiden and I move after bad gave that horrendous announcement about Violet being mates to cousin Enzo?

It was unexplainable, but there's this force holding us down.

I couldn't fathom why.

"Damn it, Vale, we can't just stand here like weak ducks, Violet is losing it. We have to do something to save her." Aiden said through clenched teeth.

"I know, but I just can't move." I almost cried.

"Me too, my legs are so weak, they can't move a muscle, I'm sure cousin ...
