The Nightshade girl looked around awkwardly, obviously confused that I don't remember her.

This should be fun, for me at least.

“Are you going to introduce yourself or are you going to stand there gawking like a geek?”

She blinked rapidly and dropped the fancy bag she was carrying on the table nearby.

“I didn't give you permission to drop that; you better pick it up.”

She did so instantly.

She cleared her throat as I raised an eyebrow, waiting for her to introduce ...
