Allison's POV

For a moment, I said nothing. I was too stunned to speak. My eyes just hovered on him, my lips pulsed, frozen on a speech that never came.

His gaze deepened on me, urging me to speak. He seemed eager to hear me speak. It took a few more seconds to find my voice.
