The plan had been decided long before I stepped foot in the prison to see Rico. And tonight, it would be carried out. Rico would be broken out of prison.

“We have to move fast before he is moved into federal black sites.” I said to Nico as we stepped into the sun. The prison walls faded behind us as we strolled down for our cars. “We won’t get another chance.”
