Dad was alive? I scoffed, grinding my teeth as I stared at him for a while, waiting for him to hint that he was pulling my legs.

But I could never know that, be wore on that mischievous half-smile that always hide his emotion.

“That is a lie, Luca.” I fired at him. “He isn't alive, became you killed him, Luca. You did.”
