KEIRA'S POV

"Papa!" I screamed and ran over to his bed.

He was groaning, his voice getting more prominent. His eyes fluttered open and a smile curled up my lips.

"Papa! Are you okay?!" I asked, frantically.

Papa looked at me without saying a word. I frowned at him. Why was he not responding? The beeping on the monitor began to speed up. My eyes trailed to the monitor and I noticed his heart rate was increasing drastically.
