Ethan's pov

I stormed out of the office, angrily, ignoring my secretary who tried to follow me behind. Somehow Piper managed to ruin my day, even though we barely even spoke. It was like she was some kind of negative force surrounding me.

I drove out of the office gates and straight to a lounge downtown where I could just have a drink and clear my mind for a bit.
