Donovan's POV

The basement filled with my agony, screaming in pain as my monster hid himself after the full moon. My weakness is the full moon. A Lycan King mustn't show his weakness in front of his subjects, but I don't know how long I can keep it hidden from my people. I grasped in my chains, catching my breath as my body returned to normal. The sunlight covered the room, causing me to turn to the window to see the sun rising.
